All results can be sent via text message or email or both.
Call Penny is trained on what to say.
Call Penny is given instructions on how to answer , Frequently Asked Questions and can even read your website to answer questions like opening time, locations and other common questions.
Call Penny can be trained on numerous situations. If someone wants to just speak with the manager, Call Penny can be trained to do multiple actions such as call forward the number or send text/email to that persons number/email. For example if someone says I want to talk to Charlie , Call Penny can be trained to say "OK I will let Charlie know you want to talk with him" and send a text message to Charlies number.
Call Penny can recognize previous calling numbers and can treat them as returned callers and scripts can be given to Call Penny on how to deal with these calls. This can be a different response for each time the same number calls.
There are numerous ways Call Penny can be setup to interact with customers. Ask our team if you have other ideas.
A text can be sent to the customer to let them know that someone will contact them to make further arrangements for their inquiry.
