By purchasing our services, you agree to abide by these terms. Call Penny reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or replace any services at its discretion. Any significant changes will be communicated to
affected users. Our SaaS platform leverages HighLevel to provide advanced automation, AI-driven call handling, and customer engagement tools.
2. Payments
Payment for services is due at the time of purchase or after the trial period if you choose to continue. We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal. All prices are in Australian Dollars and are subject to change;
however, you will be notified before any changes occur. If a payment fails or is not received on time, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services until the outstanding balance is settled. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
3. Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed at our discretion and may be subject to deductions for services already provided. Processing fees may apply. No refunds
will be issued for partially used subscription periods.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, you will receive confirmation via email. You may continue using the service until the end of your current billing cycle unless otherwise stated. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or partially used subscription periods.

without a refund. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
